ESP attain REC Education Audit status
ESP has undergone a detailed audit to ensure we adhere to the highest standards in recruitment and enables schools and education providers to be confident that they are using an accredited supplier who puts standards at the centre of their business.
After the Department for Education’s Quality Mark (QM) scheme ceased to exist in 2013, and after consulting with members, local authorities, teaching unions and school organisations, The Recruitment and Employment Confederation decided and are proud to offer, REC Audited Education. This scheme builds on the legacy of the Quality Mark and has been designed with safeguarding in mind, ensuring agencies are carrying out the relevant checks when recruiting teaching and non-teaching staff.
We are proud to be REC Audited Education, it goes right to the heart of providing schools, parents and governors with the best service possible.
