Education Supply Pool are working on behalf of a cluster of Secondary Schools in Newport who are ideally looking for Cover Supervisors to manage classrooms from KS3-KS5. This role ideally suits individuals with experience of working in schools and wish to take the next step in their career. Are you a recent degree graduate looking towards a career in teaching, then this role is ideal to gain your experience in managing classrooms before applying for your PGCE.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, Successful candidates must:

• Be a newly qualified teacher (NQT) with a PGCE or a BA in Education
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
• Be a flexible and confident individual, who has a creative approach to teaching
• Liaise with other staff members
• Be adaptable and reliable
